SHIPPING - Worldwide Shipping Cost Is Included on Orders Over $24 !!!!!!

  • We work really hard to get your products to you in quickest time possible. Orders placed before 11:00am EST on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed Friday after 11:00am to Sunday will ship out Monday.
  • On all International orders, aside from the shipping cost, upon receiving shipments it is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment. 
  • Typical delivery times:
    • US including continental states, Alaska and Hawaii - 2 to 5 business days
    • Canada - 4 to 10 business days
    • Western Europe - 4 to 10 business days
    • Australia/New Zealand - 6 to 10 business days
    • Middle East - 6 to 10 business days
    • Rest of the world - 6 to 15 business days
  • Unclaimed packages will automatically be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge freight and processing fee for every unclaimed item.
  • Wrong Delivery - If you have the wrong item delivered, please contact us by email or telephone. We always correct any wrong delivery, and ProCombs Ltd. will pay for the freight cost or full refund if your ordered item is out of stock.
    RETURNS -
     
    We stand behind all ProCombs products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just go through our simple return process to get a full refund! 

    • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and free from dirt, dust or any fragrances, and in the same exact condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
    • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Please include a note with your return stating your order number, the reason for the return, and please let us know what you would like in return. 

    Please contact us first for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) prior to shipping the product. 

    Additional non-returnable items:

    • Sale Items where explicitly stated that they are not returnable
    • Gift Cards
    • Gifted orders
    • Hair care and hair coloring products
      
    REFUNDS / EXCHANGES / STORE CREDITS-
     
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
     
    If you are approved, then your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 days. 
     
    Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@procombs.com.
      
     
    SPECIAL ORDERS -
     
    Special Orders are NOT able to be cancelled once the order has been placed. Each special order is made specifically for each customer and are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind. If special orders are returned without expressed permission from our customer service, it will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns. For international shipping of special orders, additional charges may apply to orders containing both in stock and special order items.
     
     
    GIFTS -
     
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, unfortunately we will not be able to accept the return.
